Refund Policy
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to hello@k2honey.com with the Subject – ‘Wrong Product’. We will dispatch your correct order within 48 hours of receiving this Email. Subsequently, we will pick up the wrong products delivered from your doorstep.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to hello@k2honey.com with the Subject – ‘Damaged Package’. We will dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving this Email.
Products once opened are not eligible for return except in special scenarios.
Items that are shipped to Karakoram Honey without adequate packing to ensure the safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. Incase of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject – ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order.
Note: All Our orders are usually delivered within 5-8 business days. However, there maybe delays in responses due to Covid-19 and employees being affected by the same. In lieu of the pandemic, please do support us and our team
